What happens when you book

Table bookings are made on the restaurant’s own website, which runs on Wix. The data you enter there is used by the restaurant to manage your booking, and Wix processes it under the privacy policy shown on that site.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, or to take it with you, by writing to the controller’s email or postal address.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

What is collected if you accept cookies

If you accept cookies, the advertising and analytics platforms the restaurant uses may record which ad you came from, which pages you see and whether you end up booking. Those platforms process that information under their own policies; the list is in the cookie policy.
